“Contract Formation”
By completing a purchase and submitting payment, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement with DolceVitaCult.
The contract is concluded once payment is successfully received and the digital product becomes available for download.
“Nature of Digital Products and Usage Rights”
All products on this website are digital content, not physical goods. Upon purchase, customers receive a personal,
non-transferable right to use the digital content for private, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, resale, or public distribution of the purchased content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from DolceVitaCult.
“Prices and Payment”
All prices are shown in American Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe).
DolceVitaCult is currently not VAT-registered; therefore no VAT is displayed or charged.
“Delivery and Access”
Digital files are delivered immediately after successful payment.
Customers receive a download link via email or through their account page. (if applicable).
If you encounter technical issues or cannot access your file, please contact dolcevitacult@gmail.com for assistance.
“Refund and Withdrawal Policy”
Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal is excluded, in accordance with Swiss and EU consumer law for digital content.
By purchasing, the customer agrees that the execution of the contract begins immediately after payment and thereby waives any right of withdrawal.
Refunds are only issued in the case of defective or non-accessible files.
“Copyright and Intellectual Property”
All texts, graphics, designs and layouts on this website and within the purchased products are the intellectual property of
DolceVitaCult.
Any unauthorized duplication, distribution, or publication is prohibited and may result in legal action.

DolceVitaCult assumes no liability for the application, interpretation, or personal outcomes resulting from the content of its digital products.

"Refund Policy"

However, due to the nature of our products — digital files that are instantly accessible upon payment — specific refund rules apply.

you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins immediately after successful payment.
Once your download link has been provided or the file has been accessed,
the right of withdrawal (cancellation or refund) no longer applies,

“Conditions for a Refund”
Refunds will only be issued if:
a technical error prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, or
you have been charged in error for a duplicate order.
In all other cases, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
